Royal Ariston's pool is outdoor one in front of the building and hotel also has it's indoor pool in Spa area.

I went to dinner and was told me that only the food was included, I didn't get any drinks(not even water).I mention that we have half board included.

I was pleased with my stay. The comfort of the bed was one of the highlights of my experience; it allowed for restful nights after long days of exploring. Additionally, the location of the property is superb. The beach near the hotel is genuinely beautiful, and I found it to be a wonderful place to relax and unwind. The view from the room was breathtaking. The staff was consistently polite and prodesion, adding to the overall pleasant atmosphere. I must highlight the food and beverages manager, Ante, who was exceptionally helpful. His unexpected friendly gestures truly lightened our experience and added a personal touch to the stay.
the experience was marred by a couple of significant issues that I feel must be addressed. The air conditioning in the room was not working for an entire day. Despite multiple notifyications to reception starting at early morning, it was only fixed at 9 pm. The repairman’s presence in the room for an full hour was an unwelcome disruption to my plans. Unexpected issues can hapen, but upon checkout, the response I received was a simple “we are sorry for the inconvenience,” which felt inadequate and robotic as this is not the level of service one would expect from a 5-star hotel. Furthermore, I was initially provided an invoice that was almost 150 EUR higher than it should have been. Although the issue was eventually resolved, I lost an hour at reception going back and forth during checkout. This added frustration to what should have been a smooth process. Once again, this is not something I would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Comfortable stay with all the extras in an area of sublime beauty
Beautifully located beside the ocean, with a selection of restaurants and lovely helpful staff. The rooms are very comfortable.
We booked 2 rooms but were assigned different buildings. The check in clerk upgraded us to the Royal Princess where we were still at opposite ends of the building but closer than the Ariston. The in house laundry service stained 2 of my shirts and didn’t press any of our washing despite my request to do so and approval of the extra cost.
